Site like www.Etsy.com

Hello,

We need a site built similar to www.etsy.com except for al the bells and whistles, and by that I mean the flash colour search, time machine etc. We really need basic search criteria similar to www.ebay.com

The website will also need to have a blog and classifieds section where users can communicate with each other.

A ball park on price and what sort of technology would be best for this site would be great, also an idea on time frame.

Requirements:
Needs to be updated constantly by our staff so we need a user friendly crm
