Seior Ruby on Rails Developer/Team Lead - Perm role!

My client requires a Senior RoR Developer/Team Lead for a perm role in Sydney, Australia. Applicants must be residents as this is a full time role.

Skills:

Min 1-2 years commercial Ruby on Rails (RoR) development experience
A background of mobile or interactive development using Ruby on Rails technology
Database design experience
XML and data processing expertise
Solid skills using JavaScript, XHTML, HTML, CSS, XML
Team leading experience - you'll be managing a team of 3 developers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of creatives, designers, product managers and developers
An eye for detail, and a solid history of working to tight deadlines - good time management
A motivational approach to managing your team
Industry knowledge in either Sports, Horse Racing, Betting or Mobile gaming preferred but not essential
A wicked sense of humour!
