Wanted Web Developers - Western Sydney

I am looking for local freelance web developers with good PHP/SQL and or Joomla and or flash knowledge that I can call on from time to time to help out with future projects.
I have just started a small web design company, and to be honest I am just wanting to build up contacts to help out when I need it.
Which I'm hoping will be more often than not.
I have for example a project coming up that may require a directory listing system, think similar to hot frog, where companies can add their details to a category and create their own home page.
