Deployment / web master

Looking for a person to handle deployment of a media site. Will need light weight CSS and HTMl skills. Find and fix flow issues deploy an API, load media and create CSS forms and instruction pages.
Immediate start.
Can work off site but prefer in Melbourne so we can meet face to face when necessary. Out of hours or part time not an issue.
Will also be ongoing management and maintenance work for the right person.
Must be fluent in English as there will be proofing on the fly.
